We use the branch details you submit to run the checks you request and make the report available to you. We minimise personal information and avoid collecting staff or sole-trader details that are not needed.

A check is scheduled for deletion 90 days after it is created. Your private deletion token lets you ask us to delete it sooner without creating an account. We store only a one-way hash of that deletion token.

We measure how the site is used with Umami, a cookieless analytics service. It counts visits in aggregate — no cookies are set, no advertising identifiers are used, and no personal profile is built. The measurement script is served by Umami's cloud service.

The private report link is read-only: anyone with it can view the report, but they cannot change the check or create a share link without the browser’s signed owner cookie or the deletion token. Share links are also read-only, optional, hard to guess and expire. We do not publish reports for search-engine indexing. Contact the service operator to exercise data-protection rights or question how information was used.
