We use the branch details you submit to create the evidence check, run the checks you request and make the dossier available to you. We minimise personal information and avoid collecting staff or sole-trader details that are not needed.

A check is scheduled for deletion 90 days after it is created. Your one-time deletion token lets you ask us to delete it sooner without creating an account. We store only a one-way hash of that deletion token.

The private dossier URL is a read-only capability: anyone with that check link can view its dossier, but they cannot change the check or create a share link without the browser’s signed owner cookie or the deletion token. Share links are also read-only, optional, hard to guess and expire. We do not publish dossiers for search-engine indexing. Contact the service operator to exercise data-protection rights or question how information was used.
