Corrections and disputes

Send the dossier link or check identifier, explain what is wrong and include evidence that helps us locate and assess the record.

We target an acknowledgement by the director or named backup within two working days during our service hours: Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00. We target resolution within five working days and log the outcome.

If you dispute that the dossier identifies the right person or business, we take the dossier down first while we investigate. Safety and identity disputes are not left public while evidence is reviewed.
